Terms & Conditions — TechStora app

These Terms govern your use of TechStora app, operated by TechStora (MSME, UDYAM-WB-06-0065602, Siliguri, West Bengal, India). By registering, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Any YouTube channel with 10,000+ subscribers is eligible for free access.
  • Channels with sexual or other restricted content are not eligible.
  • Channels not meeting the subscriber threshold or content criteria aren't rejected — they're offered a discount coupon code instead.

2. Registration Process

  • Sign up with name and email.
  • Fill out the registration form: channel name, channel URL, subscriber count, email.
  • Sign-up email and form email must be the same.

3. Free Access Program

  • The first 1,000 eligible registrants get 3 months free once the platform goes live.
  • Everyone after that gets a discount + coupon code instead.
  • No payment details required for free access.
  • Once activated, you're notified by email and can immediately connect your channel and add competitors to track.

4. Content Eligibility & Enforcement

If our system detects restricted content (e.g. sexual content) after registration: access is fully blocked. If already paid, no refund, and the account is permanently terminated.

5. Payments & Refunds

No general refund policy — all payments are final.

Exception: If you have clear proof a payment was made but access wasn't granted due to our system's error (with full verifiable proof — email, transaction details), file a complaint with support; we'll refund after verification.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts violating these terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian law; disputes fall under West Bengal court jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
